This was our second time using Carol Norvell to purchase a new home and first time selling. What we appreciate most about Carol is she's by your side every step of the way.  Buying and selling a home can be a stressful event, and Carol utilizes her experience and profes- sionalism to make the process go as smooth as possible.  We worked together to create a plan for selling our home, and Carol provided guidance for attracting potential buyers.  In a down market our house had 10 showings and one contract in the first 72 hours.  One of Carol's many strengths is her ability to locate a house that meets your needs and criteria.  We were fortunate to find our new home on the first weekend of our search.  We are very happy with our new home and thankful for  all of Carol's hard work.
